KABAR LUTIM – Kementerian ESDM tak berkutik dihadapan PT Prima Utama Lestari (PUL). Tak berani hentikan kegiatan operasional hingga seluruh rekomendasinya dipenuhi perusahaan pertambangan.
Hal ini menimbulkan animo dikalangan masyarakat. Jika Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Republik Indonesia Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara, diduga ikut bermain di dalamnya.
“Persepsi itu sah-sah saja dimunculkan masyarakat. Sebab, kementrian ESDM tak ada tindak lanjut lagi setelah mengeluarkan surat,” kata Sekjen KKM, Rudiansyah, Senin, (14/01/25).
Menurut lelaki yang akrab disapa Rudi ini menyatakan, jika kementrian ESDM seharusnya lebih detail lagi. Tidak sekadar memperhatikan tujuh poin yang tertuang pada surat nomor T-7467/MB.07/DBT/2024, perihal hasil pembinaan dan pengawasan teknik lingkungan.
“Di dalam point tersebut tidak dimasukkan rekomendasi. Bagaimana PT PUL menggandeng pengusaha atau kontraktor lokal sebagaimana perintah undang-undang,” ungkapnya.
UU No. 3 tahun 2020 atas perubahan UU RI No 4 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara pasal 107 menyebutkan, dalam melakukan kegiatan operasi produksi, badan usaha pemegang IUP dan IUPK wajib mengikutsertakan pengusaha lokal yang ada di daerah tersebut dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
“Sementara yang digandeng PT PUL, yakni PT. Tektonindo Henida Jaya (THJ) yang berasal dari Kota Jakarta. Kok bisa kementrian ESDM mengabaikan hal ini. Seharusnya, hal ini jadi perhatian serius,” tegas Rudi.
Sayangnya, pihak instansi terkait tidak peduli hal ini. Apakah betul ada kaitannya oknum tertentu dibelakang PT THJ? Mengingatkan, Pihak perusahaan PT PUL juga tak berani mengambil sikap. Meski disebutkan, PT THJ gagal memenuhi target produksi.
Selain PT THJ, ada dua perusahaan lagi yang ikut dalam aktivitas penambangan. Kedua perusahaan ini juga bukan lokal. Hanya dibawa nama masyarakat lokal.
“Kami dengan tegas meminta agar kementrian ESDM menghentikan kegiatan PT PUL. Kami juga sudah mengirim surat ke DPRD dan ditembuskan ke DPR RI dan Kementerian ESDM,” imbuh Rudi. (*)
