Menurut Citra, salah satu fokus utama adalah menciptakan lebih banyak lapangan kerja bagi generasi milenial melalui pengembangan kawasan industri dan sektor ekonomi kreatif. Budiman-Akbar memahami bahwa milenial membutuhkan pekerjaan yang tidak hanya menawarkan penghasilan, tetapi juga memberikan kesempatan untuk berkembang dan berinovasi.
Selain itu, Citra menekankan pentingnya infrastruktur digital. “Budiman-Akbar akan memastikan akses internet yang cepat dan luas di seluruh wilayah Luwu Timur, karena ini menjadi kebutuhan utama milenial di era digital. Kami juga akan mendorong pengembangan startup teknologi dan ekonomi digital yang dapat membuka lebih banyak peluang bagi kaum muda,” tambahnya.
