KABARLUTIM.COM,MALILI –Tujuh himpunan Pengusaha Lokal yang tergabung dalam Forum Komunikasi Lintas Asosiasi Kontraktor Lokal Luwu Timur akan menyatakan sikap dan tuntutan ke PT.Vale lewat aksi unjuk Rasa yang akan dilaksanakan (besok, Senin (24/10/21),red).
Dalam Aksi itu, Ke tujuh Kontraktor Lokal ini akan dipimpin H.Bakrie Madong selaku Jendral lapangan , Lokasinya akan dipusatkan di Balantang PORT PT.Vale (atau Pelabuhan PT.Vale).
“Selama ini kami kontraktor lokal Luwu Timu tidak diperhatikan , makanya besok kita gelar aksi yang tergabung didalamnya Tujuh himpunan Pengusaha Lokal ,”kata H.Bakrie Madong saat dikonfirmasi Minggu 24 Oktober
“Kita pilih tempat aksi di Balantang PORT PT.Vale (atau Pelabuhan PT.Vale) yang merupakan objek Vitalnya. Disisi lain juga tidak mengganggu pengguna jalan ,”tambahnya.
Sejatinya , Dalam aksi itu ada 7 tuntutan yang jadi proritas yang akan disampaikan Forum Komunikasi Lintas Asosiasi Kontraktor Lokal Luwu Timur ke PT.Vale.
Adapun 7 Isi tuntutan itu, diantaranya meminta CEO PT. Vale Febriany Eddy untuk hadir merdialog bersama dengan Forum Komunikasi Lintas Asosiasi Kontraktor Lokal Pemberdayaan PT.Vale Indonesia.
Kemudian, Batasi Kontraktor Nasional di Area PT. Vale Indonesia , Khususnya area Luwu Timur , Naikkan Capex Hingga 50 persen dari Budget Belanjaan pengeluaran PT.Vale Indonesia, Tbk Untuk Kontraktor Lokal Luwu Timur.
PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk harus Transparan dalam mengadakan/mengeluarkan Tender, Semua Tender ROI harus di umumkan keseluruh Asosiasi Lokal Luwu Timur.
Selanjutnya, Untuk segala macam SCRAP yang ada di PT. Vale Indonesia harus di Tender diLokal Kontraktor.
terakhir, meminta PT.Vale Indonesia menekan atau menyampaikan Keseluruh Kontraktor Nasional dalam mekanisme Pembayaran Invoice terhadap Mitra Lokal Kontraktor harus mengikuti system pembayaran PT. Vale Indonesia terhadap Lokal Kontraktor yaitu 30 – 45 hari.(***)
